Allison has worked in large, complex organizations as well as in small startup ventures. She has advanced degrees in cognitive and behavioral science from the University of California at Berkeley and from Harvard, and special training in entrepreneurship from the nation's top two startup programs, TechStars and Y Combinator. She is an innovative, creative thinker and a powerful problem solver.
